Mr. Krishnan carries a rich experience of 25 years in Insurance field. He is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (London). He is Cost Accountant and an Associated Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
He joined New India Assurance Co in 1983 and has been involved in General Insurance ever since. He has served in various senior Management positions. From 1995 to 2001 Krishnan was Country Manager for the Australasian operations of New India Assurance Co. Mr. Krishnan has extensive knowledge of insurance and reinsurance.

Ramalingam is a Science Graduate of University of Madras, India. He is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, India. He is also a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India.
He carries rich experience in financial aspects of Insurance Companies in India and Tanzania. He has worked more than 10 years in National Insurance Company Ltd, one of the subsidiaries of General Insurance Corporation of India in various positions. In the liberalized market he worked as Financial Analyst cum Company Secretary for a period of six years in The Jubilee Insurance Company of Tanzania Ltd, one of the group companies of Aga Khan Development Network.
He has joined the Alliance team in April 2005.

Mr. Kuldeep Kaushik is a Master’s in Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India. He has a rich experience of over 15 years in various non life insurance companies like United India Insurance , Iffco-Tokio Marine General Insurance and Cholamandalam Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance. His area of expertise covers Underwriting, Operations, Claims and Marketing. Kuldeep has recently joined Alliance in 2009.

Mr. Rajeev Deshpande is a Commerce Graduate and an M.B.A. from Gujarat University, India. He is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India.
Rajeev was earlier working with Oriental Insurance Company, the second largest general insurance company in India and is enriched with an experience of 21 years in insurance during which he has handled administrative as well as technical portfolios. Before joining Alliance, Rajeev was working as a Divisional Manager in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with Oriental Insurance Company.

Mr. Roy joined the Alliance team in May 2009. He has a Masters in Commerce and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. He has vast experience in non-life insurance spanning over 28 years. He worked in various positions for New India Assurance Co Ltd, the largest non-life insurance company in India before becoming a part of the Alliance team.
